I’m Aaron Fountain and I’m here to help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.
But, wait, who am I... really?
I quit my corporate job of nine years to do what I really love: help others become their best selves.
But, I’m not perfect and there were some ups and downs along the way in my own life journey.
I’ve had a passion for health and fitness from a young age.
Life happened and I ended up working for a consulting engineering firm as an electrical designer.
Pretty much what you’d expect from a half Korean, half white boy, right?
It was a great job for a great company, but it wasn’t how I wanted to spend the next 30+ years of my life.
I’d remained passionate about fitness all along and was even training to qualify for the nationals in Olympic weightlifting.
Then, I had a pretty serious knee injury which led to an extensive knee surgery with a recovery time of 18-24 months.
That meant saying goodbye to my uber-competitive aspirations.
#Firstworldproblem. But, it was initially very tough. I’d always identified as an athlete.
The rehab process was long and grueling. But, in time, I managed to rebuild my body and now, I’m stronger than ever!
Along the way, I trained with some of the world’s best coaches. Now, it’s my privilege to pass that knowledge on to you.
And you don’t have to give up nachos. I certainly haven’t. Seriously, I have a nachos problem.

This sounds great! But what is online coaching?
Initial client evaluation
I’ll learn about your goals, health history, physical capabilities, and lifestyle.
From there I will come up with the best plan for you.
Customized Training Program
We’ll take an inventory of your current exercise and training habits, how much time you have to exercise, and what type of equipment is available.
From there, I’ll create the most effective program possible…that’s right for you.
Customized Nutrition Program
You’ll be provided with a dietary framework (macronutrient coaching, meal frequency, recipes, and success strategies) that will support you in your goals without being at odds with your social life.
There may be some dietary discomfort, but there’s no reason to be miserable while reaching your goals.
We’ll evaluate what you are currently taking. We’ll weed out what’s not working and may add things that speed up progress and overall health.
That said, my approach to supplements is minimal.
Motivation & Accountability
Daily accountability email updates (you’ll send me macronutrients for the day and questions), bi-weekly progress reports (measurements and pictures), and training log sheets.
This is all so I can help you stay on track, make adjustments, and help you in real time.

Online Fitness Coaching is what I consider the most affordable and awesome way to offer my services.
Training with a trainer in a typical gym setting 3x per week can cost you over $1000 a month.
That’s a lot of money. For much less than that, online coaching will save you a ton of money and you get to work with one of the best (I’m not shy about saying that).
Work out when you have the time and on your schedule.
